It's been an 8 year hiatus, but our Marist NH Tiger Building Premier 1 side has finished the regular season in 4th position, securing themselves a home Quarter Final against Silverdale who have finished in 5th place.
In the other Quarter Final, 3rd placed Northcote take on 6th placed Kumeu. Top of the table North Shore and 2nd placed Takapuna have earned a direct path to the Semi Finals. 

It has been an interesting and entertaining season for the Premier 1 grade, with no team gone unbeaten. It would have been a difficult season for predicting wins, with many tight games, and results swaying all over the place. Shore were the standout with 12 wins and 1 loss, Takapuna and Northcote on 10 wins 3 losses a piece, afterwhich it was anyone's guess who would finish in the top 4. As it turns out Marist took the 4th spot finishing on 7 wins 6 losses but with 7 bonus points, sneaking ahead of Silverdale on 7 wins 5 losses and a draw but less bonus points. Kumeu wasn't far behind, on 6 wins and 7 losses narrowly pipping Massey 5/7/1 and ECB 5/8/0.

Our RE/MAX Colts have a home game also on Saturday, taking on top of the table East Coast Bays. We are currently very comfortably sitting in 4th position, with no chance of being caught. This match will be a good test run prior to Semi Finals later on in July.
