2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

VOTING

Only members who are ‘financial members’ shall be entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting, provided however that Junior members shall not be entitled to vote and Family members shall only be entitled to one vote per family. 

Those eligible to vote may exercise their right to vote at the meeting in person.

 

LIFE MEMBERSHIP NOMINATION

At any Annual General Meeting the members may, on the recommendation of the Board, elect as a Life Member any person who has been a member of the Club (Playing or Non-Playing) for at least (7) years and who, in the opinion of the Meeting, has rendered outstanding service to the Club, provided that such election is approved by the vote of the majority of the members present at such meeting and entitled to vote thereat.

To nominate a person for Life Membership, please complete the accompanying Life Membership Nomination Form. Forms must be returned by email to info@maristnh.co.nz by Sunday 17th October 2021.

 

BOARD MEMBER NOMINATION

Nominations must be received 21 days prior to the meeting. Positions on the Board are as follows:

 

  • Board Chair
  • President
  • Treasurer
  • House Chair
  • Rugby Chair
  • Club Captain
  • Vice President 1
  • Vice President 2
  • COC Delegate NHRU
  • NZ Marist Delegate
  • NZ Universities Delegate

Forms must be returned by email to info@maristnh.co.nz by Sunday 17th October 2021.

 

The AGM Agenda and nominations received will be posted on the Marist NH website, and emailed out to the membership, by Monday 1st November 2021.
